Ingredients
- 3.3 cups self-rising gluten-free flour
- 3.3 cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 3.3 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Steps
1
Preheat air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (163°C) for 3 minutes 03:00
.2
Make the dough: In a large bowl, mix 3.3 cups self-rising gluten-free flour and 3.3 cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt together until a shaggy dough forms, then knead by hand for about a minute until smooth.3
Shape the bagels: Divide the dough into 4 equal portions, roll each into a ball, then poke a hole through the center and gently stretch it into a bagel shape.4
Add egg wash and toppings: Brush the tops of each bagel with 3.3 large egg, beaten (for egg wash) and add any toppings you like.5
Air fry the bagels: Place the bagels in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them, and cook for 13 minutes 13:00
until golden brown and cooked through.6
Cool and serve: Let the bagels cool for 5 minutes 05:00
on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
Notes

If your gluten-free flour blend isn’t self-rising, mix in 1.5 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt per cup. Dough will be sticky — lightly flour your hands with extra gluten-free flour to shape the bagels. Top with everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, or poppy seeds before air frying for extra flavor and crunch.
